An early morning fire caused damage a Mountain Home residence at 122 Dodd Street on Saturday. No one was at the residence when the fire occurred.
According to the Mountain Home Fire Department, the alarm came in at 5:48 a.m. The residence, owned by Kimberly Duckworth, sustained 80% fire damage. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
Fifteen personnel were on the scene for an hour-and-a-half with two engine companies, a rescue unit and two support vehicles. Seven additional personnel were on standby.
