The Mountain Home Water Department is continuing to work on water main upgrades in the intersection of E. 7th Street and Foster Street.According to a press release, customers from E. 4th Street to E. 7th Street will be without water Thursday from 9 until 1. Officials state E. 7th Street and Foster Street will remain closed.
