A man was booked Monday into the Marion County Law Enforcement Center on multiple sex-related felonies, including three counts of rape. Sixty-year-old Wesley Allen Kelley is also facing two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of sexually grooming a child.
No details have been given into the investigation by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office as the file is currently sealed by the court. The rape charges are considered Class Y felonies, the most serious classification of crime in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty.
Kelley has since been released from jail after posting a bond of $600,000.
