Sybil Ann Rawlings passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on August 24, 1950, in Big Spring, Texas, she was the daughter of Floyd and Patsy Neal Smart. Sybil made Mountain Home her home after relocating from Texas in 1967, where she quickly became an integral part of the community. For many years, she served as a dedicated secretary at Yellville-Summit High School, where she touched the lives of countless students and colleagues.
A talented seamstress and passionate craftswoman, Sybil found joy in lampwork beading and creating beautiful jewelry. Above all, Sybil cherished her family, creating lasting memories that will be treasured by all who knew her.
