Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation

The Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation is responsible for the four centers for education and support for patients and families in this area - the Peitz Cancer Support House, the Reppell Diabetes Learning Center, the Mruk Family Center on Aging, and the Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Education. Each center’s director or coordinator, plus medical advisors, community mentors and volunteers put together seminars, classes, events for fun and entertainment, and support groups for patients and families dealing with certain illnesses.
