8th Street Cafe & Bakery

The 8th Street Café and Bakery, located at 16 East Eighth Street, is owned by the McMahon family, Mom and Dad, Lisa and Mark, daughter Danielle and son Corey.

They serve their customers long-time favorites such as meatloaf and pan-fried chicken, along with pot roast, homemade soups and chili, burgers, entree salads, and sandwiches. The bakery cases display a large variety of Danish, muffins, cupcakes, pies and cakes - to eat in or take out!

Lisa and Danielle have been training extensively in specialty cake design and decoration, and that side of their business will be expanding into newly purchased space adjacent to the restaurant very soon. 8th Street Café and Bakery is definitely the place for cakes for all occasions, with wedding cakes a specialty.

Holiday baked goods are available for special orders, and they do catering for holiday parties, as well as any other special events! See pictures below for examples of their special occasion, custom-designed cakes and catering set-up, as well as some of the restaurant’s classic offerings!!
