Jerry Lynn Parnell, 65, Norfork (Roller)

     Graveside funeral services for 65 year old Jerry Lynn Parnell of Norfork will be Wednesday morning at 11 at Galatia Cemetery in Norfork with law enforcement honors provided by the Baxter County Sheriff's Department. Visitation for Jerry Lynn Parnell will be Tuesday from 12 to 7 p.m. at Roller Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 7 p.m.
     A native of Norfork, Jerry Lynn Parnell worked for 19 years as a deputy and water patrol officer for the sheriff's department. He also was a security guard and water superintendent for Briarcliff, served on the Norfork School Board and drove a school bus. Jerry Lynn Parnell also served on the Norfork City Council and on the Norfork Fire Department.
     He is survived locally by his wife, Allene Parnell; a daughter, Twana Parnell Devors; and a grandson, Jeremy Devors of Norfork.
