Angela Heard was a homemaker, Yellville-Summit Elementary School PTO President and Boy Scouts of America Webelo leader of Pack III in Yellvile. She is survived locally by her fiancé Scott Hammond; sons John Messer and Derrick Hammon; and step-son Damian Hammond all of Yellville.
