Kenneth James "Jim" Carter, Sr., 82, Bull Shoals (Kirby)

 


     Visitation for 82 year old Kenneth James "Jim" Carter, Sr. of Bull Shoals will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Kirby and Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals. Graveside services will be held Saturday in Omaha, Nebraska.
     Kenneth James Carter, Sr. worked for Vickers Hydraulics in Omaha, Nebraska for 40 years. After moving to Mountain Home in 2003, he volunteered for the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
     He is survived locally by two of four children: a daughter, LaDonna "Dee" Jean Skinner, and a son, Theodore Jacob Carter, both of Bull Shoals.
     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice House of the Ozarks or the Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
