     Funeral services for 80 year old Frances E. Hainey of Flippin will be private.
     Frances Hainey was a retired nurse's aide. She is survived locally by a son, Jason Robert Hainey of Flippin; and her mother, Eilene Simmons of Flippin.
     Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
