Mervin Dale Norwood, 83, Mountain Home (Kirby)

     Funeral services for 83 year old Mervin Dale Norwood of Mountain Home will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Kirby and Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Alley-White American Legion Post #52 Honor Guard.
     Mervin Dale Norwood died March 2 in Mountain Home. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and worked as a distribution technician for Consumers Power Company in Michigan before retiring and moving to Mountain Home in 1987.
     He was a member of East Side Baptist Church.
     Mervin Dale Norwood is survived locally by his wife, Valdean E. Norwood of Mountain Home.
     Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association.
