William G. "Bill" McKinney, 81, Mountain Home (Roller)

 

     Memorial services for 81 year old William G. "Bill" McKinney of Mountain Home will be Monday morning at 11 at Roller FUneral Home Chapel with interment in Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison.
     William G. "Bill" McKinney served in the United States Navy Submarine Service during the Korean War, was a member of the Commissioning Crew of the USS Harder SS 568, served aboard the USS Sea Poacher in 1950 and was an extra in the move "The Frogmen"   A member of First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home, William G. "Bill" McKinney was a member of the U. S. Submarine Veterans, VFW, Kiwanis, Chi Nu Fraternity, UCA Letterman's Club and was formerly employed by Playtex, Max Factor and Aris Isotoner companies.   He is survived locally by his wife of 57 years, Clara.
     Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Backpack Program or the Mountain Home Food Basket.
