The sixth grade students at Pinkston Middle School were recently called to assembly where four of their piers were awarded $100.00 bonds by the Mountain Home Elks Lodge #1714. The students were selected from over 190 submitted essays on Americanism, what it is like to be an American. The four local student’s essays will now be sent to the State Elks for State judging and the winners essays will be sent on for judging at the Elks National level.
