A Mountain Home woman was slightly injured but didn't require emergency medical treatment after the vehicle she was driving ran off Highway 5 North in front of KTLO Radio and rolled over three times this morning. Forty-two year old Tina Baker refused emergency treatment but was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center by private vehicle following the 11:15 a.m. accident.
Mountain Home Police Office John Schulte said Baker was driving a 2006 Cherokee Classic southbound when she ran off the right side of the road, hit an embankment and the vehicle rolled multiple times, coming to rest off the right side of the highway. No one else was in the vehicle.
Schulte said Baker, who sustained minor scratches and cuts, was fortunate. He said the fact she was wearing a seatbelt likely saved her from serious injury or death. Baker's vehicle was totaled.
There were no charges in connection with the accident.
