     Mountain Home High School announced this afternoon that Shelby Frazier and Ryan Key have been named Miss and Mr. Mountain Home High School for the Class of 2012.   Shelby is the daughter of Philip and Dyanne Frazier and Ryan is the son of State Senator Johnny Key and his wife Shannon.   Frazier and Key were each presented a $1000 scholarship by Molly Morgan, executive director of the Mountain Home Education Foundation and Robert Nelson, Foundation Vice President.
     First runners-up are Samantha Mohler, Jannet Ramierez and Billy Wehmeyer who will each receive a $500 scholarship.   Second runners-up and who are each recipients of a $250 scholarship are Nicole Bolt and Wil Norris.
     After two rounds of interviews, the winners were selected by the faculty based on high school achievements, school spirit, school involvement, academic achievement, leadership, career goals and attitude.
