Dr. Max Cheney and his wife Jo enjoyed visiting with friends, colleagues and patients at the reception given in Dr. Cheney's honor yesterday afternoon at Baxter Regional Medical Center. Dr. Max Cheney is retiring from his medical practice after 50 years in Mountain Home. Dr. Cheney will continue practicing medicine as a consultant at Baxter Regional Medical Center and plans to do some traveling with his wife, Jo.
