Fifty-three years later...

It was June 10, 1959 and Dr. Max Cheney was interning with Dr. Merle Grasse in Calico Rock just before beginning his own practice in Mountain Home. That day Dr. Cheney delivered his first baby, Rex Louis Pruitt. Today the two men met for the first time since Pruitt's birth. As they visited at the KTLO & Classic Hits 101.7 Studio Dr. Cheney told Pruitt of the day Pruitt was born and Pruitt shared memories of the community and the people Dr. Cheney served so many years earlier.
