McDonald’s Corporation honors local manager

Dustin Tucker was recently awarded outstanding store manager honors from McDonald’s Corporation. The top 10% of general managers are recognized each year. They must meet the criteria in operations, mystery shops, profitability, and several other criteria.

Dustin began his employment at the Mountain Home McDonald’s in 2004 when he was 16 years old while attending Mtn. Home High School. He worked his way up through the ranks demonstrating leadership skills well beyond his years. Dustin brags on his team at Mtn. Home and shares his award with each and every one of them. He knows it takes a team and appreciates their hard work and dedication. He also realizes his customers are his bread and butter and strives each day to give outstanding customer service.

Dustin is married to Raven and has two sons, Will - 4yrs old and Leman - ~6 weeks.
