ST. LOUIS (AP) Two St. Louis Cardinals relievers have avoided arbitration by agreeing to one-year contracts. Mitchell Boggs and Edward Mujica signed their deals yesterday. Boggs will get nearly $1.5 million, and Mujica will make $3.2 million. Both are significant raises from last year. Boggs had a 2.21 ERA and appeared in 78 games last season. Mujica had a 1.03 ERA in 29 games after arriving in a trade deadline deal from Miami.
