FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) _ Arkansas guard Mardracus Wade is struggling this
season after a breakout year in which he led the Southeastern Conference in
3-point shooting.
Wade, who connected on nearly 50 percent of his 3-point shots last season, has
struggled so far in his second year under Razorbacks coach Mike Anderson. The
junior is averaging 7.4 points per game and is shooting just 32.5 percent (13 of
40) on 3-pointers, a season after he averaged 10.8 points per game.
The junior's struggles have been noticed by Anderson, who didn't start Wade
against Vanderbilt and didn't play him in the second half.
Arkansas (10-5, 1-1 SEC) hosts Auburn (8-7, 2-0) tonight.
