A special meeting of the Bull Shoals City Council will be held Monday evening at 6:30 in council chambers. Bull Shoals Mayor David R. Hotchkiss says items on the meeting, called by Councilmen Jimmy Trailor and Alan Graley, are the 2017 Bull Shoals Budget an Arkansas Municipal League Conference lodging.
