The Boone County Sheriff is notifying the public of a Level 2 registered sex offender residing in the county. The sheriff says Tonda Sue Martin has moved to a residence on Canna Loop in Harrison.
Martin was convicted of four counts of third degree carnal abuse in 2001.
The notice from the sheriff is in compliance with Arkansas statues for community notification.
