Hannah Foslien/Getty Images(SAINT PAUL, Minn.) — The governor of Minnesota, Mark Dayton, collapsed while giving the State of the State speech there Monday night.
Dayton had been speaking for about 45 minutes at the state capital when the incident occurred.
