
The Mountain Home High School basketball teams will step out of district play Friday for a pair of neutral site games. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will be in Little Rock as they meet Star City.
Mountain Home’s girls are currently 12-10 on the season. The Lady Bombers are coming off a nine-point loss Tuesday at Vilonia. Star City is 23-2 and ranked second in Class 4A. The Lady Bulldogs beat up on Dumas Thursday night.
The Mountain Home boys are 8-13 on the year. The Bombers suffered a three-point loss three nights ago at Vilonia. Star City is 5-17. The Bulldogs lost at home Thursday to Dumas.
The girls’ game tips off at six p.m. at the Anthony School followed by the boys’ contest. Both games can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.
