A Mountain Home man is being held without bond on a parole violation following his arrest for indecent exposure. Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel says 56 year old Chris A. Gladney is being held in the Baxter County jail without bond for the parole violation and 240 for indecent exposure.
According to Manuel, police officers responded to a local business following a complaint of a man exposing himself. When officers arrived on the scene, officers found Gladney, sitting on a bench outside the store with is genitals exposed.
