A Mountain Home woman, 31-year-old Johnna Lee Speirs, was arrested Sunday evening for felony drug charges and a probation violation after a traffic stop. She is being held in the Baxter County Jail on a $3,500 bond for the drug charges and without bond on the probation violation.
According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, an officer conducted a traffic stop in Midway at approximately 8:29 Sunday evening. Speirs was allegedly found with 20 hydrocodone pills for which she had no prescription. Sheriff Montgomery says she is expected to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on February 23rd.
