
Tuesday will be Senior Night for the Mountain Home High School basketball teams. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will play their final home games of the regular season as they welcome Greenbrier to the Hangar.
Mountain Home’s girls are currently 14-11 on the season and 7-3 in the 6A/5A-2 after edging out Beebe Friday on a three at the buzzer. Greenbrier is 5-17 and 2-8 as they come off a two-point win over Morrilton. The Lady Bombers defeated the Lady Panthers 41-21 on January 20th.
The Mountain Home boys fell 9-15 on the year and 4-6 in district play after suffering a four-point loss at Beebe. Greenbrier is 11-13 and 7-3 after getting beat up by Morrilton. The Bombers fell to the Panthers 44-40 nearly a month ago.
The junior varsity games tip off at five p.m. The varsity contests begin around 6:00 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.
Elsewhere in the 6A/5A-2, Batesville hosts Searcy, and Beebe travels to Morrilton.
