A control burn in the Norfork area was incorrectly reported as an out of control brush fire Thursday.
Firefighters from the Norfork Fire Department and assistance from the Forest Service worked a large control burn Wednesday afternoon on 10 acre property and along railroad tracks in the area at the end of Sheid Road.
No railroad tracks were burned and no structures were in danger.
