Some Mountain Home residents were surprised Wednesday when the Meals on Wheels hotshot truck from the Van Matre Senior Activity and Wellness Center arrived with their midday meal and found it being delivered by First District Congressman Rick Crawford.
During the August Congressional recess, Congressman Crawford is traveling throughout the 29-county First Congressional District that stretches from Baxter County to Chicot County in the southeast corner of the state.
Congressman Crawford says his day began here with a tour of the Van Matre Senior Activity and Wellness Center.
