Dr. David Lipschitz speaks in Mountain Home Monday

Dr. David Lipschitz, one of the most recognized geriatricians in the nation, will be in Mountain Home Monday evening. Lipschitz is chairman of the department of geriatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and director of the Donald W. Reynolds Center on Aging. He will share a geriatrician’s approach to Alzheimer’s disease at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County Monday evening from 5:00 until 6:00. His presentation is part of the library’s Brain Teasers2 lecture series.Lipschitz leads the nation with innovative approaches to growing older, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention. He has appeared on national television, including the TODAY show and has been featured on a special segment on CBS Sunday.

Brain Teasers2, a nationally traveling exhibit, features a collection of 20 hands-on puzzles designed to develop problem-solving skills and provide plenty of family fun!
