Arkansas State Police Captain Charles Hubbard of Warren, formerly of Baxter County, has been promoted to the rank of major. Hubbard’s promotion was one of three presented to the Arkansas State Police Commission Thursday for consideration by Colonel Bill Bryant, Director of the Arkansas State Police.
Major Hubbard will command the departments administrative services division. He most recently commanded Troop F of the Arkansas State Police Highway Patrol Division and is a 22-year veteran of the department. He has also served as assistant troop commander of Highway Patrol Division, Troop I headquartered at Harrison.
