A Mountain Home woman who was arrested after she was found sleeping in the garage of a newly vacant house entered a guilty plea to charges against her during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday. She was given five years probation plus 120 days in the Baxter County jail.
According to court records, Mountain Home police officers were called to the residence by the property manager in late November last year. When they entered the garage, they found 26-year-old Jessica Raymond and a 22-year-old male, Kendrick Sebree, sleeping inside.
Officers reported finding a small plastic bag containing a substance field testing positive for methamphetamine. They also located a glass smoking pipe and used syringes, according to the probable cause affidavit
Raymond was charged with possessing methamphetamine, paraphernalia used for the ingestion of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.
Sebree entered a guilty plea to the charges against him stemming from the incident earlier this month and was sentenced to three years in prison.
