The Secure Arkansas meeting, scheduled Tuesday at the Durand Center in Boone County, has been relocated to the Brandon Burlsworth Youth Center at 202 South Spring Street in Harrison. The meeting will be held at 10:00 regarding the Nabors Landfill $18 tax assesment fee.Melinda Caldwell, Executive Director of the Ozark Mountain Solid Waste District and District Lawyer and Receiver Geoffrey Treece, trustee for the bondholders of the Bank of the Ozarks, will be speaking and fielding questions.
