The Twin Lakes Area has seen a significant amount of rain over the past two days and the trend will likely continue, with chances for rain looming in the forecast for the rest of the week.With springtime flooding possibilities across Arkansas, the Cooperative Extension Service is ready with information to help prepare for and recover from natural disasters
