Mruk Family Education Center on Aging and Fairlamb Senior Health Clinic Medical Director Dr. David Lipschitz will continue his bi-monthly series of seminars titled “Coffee and Conversations with Dr. David” this week at Baxter Regional Medical Center. The next program will be “Physical and Mental Agility: The Key to a Longer Life” Monday morning at 11:00 in the Lagerborg Dining Room.
The discussions will center around the struggle with mental tasks including multitasking, clear thinking and planning increasing with age. Dr. Lipschitz’s conversations will include exercise of the brain to help it continue to perform.
