Five Marion County residents have been arrested after a search warrant was executed at a house in Summit. Marion County Sheriff Clinton Evans says those arrested include 48-year-old Gary Gene Requa, 42-year-old Anglea Requa, 19-year-old Cassandra Requa, 35-year-old Michael Wiseman and 35-year-old Ashley Milton all of Summit.
During a search Monday of the house owned by Gary Requa, officers seized methamphetamine, schedule II and schedule IV narcotics, marijuana, numerous drug paraphernalia, multiple firearms and ammunition.
Gary Requa is charged with multiple felonies including two counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; delivery of methamphetamine; criminal conspiracy; two counts of possession of firearms by certain persons; three counts of unlawful use of a communication device; possession of a defaced firearm; possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver; possession of a schedule II controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He also has several misdemeanor charges including eight counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. He is being held a $50,000 bond.
Angela Requa is charged with a felony count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She is free on a $2,500 bond.
Cassandra Requa is charged with a felony count of possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held on a $2,500 bond and has a hold on her out of Benton County.
Wiseman is charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held on a $2,500 bond and has a child support body attachment order.
Milton is facing misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held on a $1,000 bond and is an absconder.
The sheriff says the search warrant was obtained after an in-depth narcotics investigation by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the 14th Judicial District Task Force and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Taking part in the execution of the warrant were the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, 14th Judicial Task Force, Flippin Police Department and the Mountain Home Police Department’s Special Response Team.
