Andrew Cunningham, who listed an address in El Dorado when arrested, entered a guilty plea to drug-related charges and was sentenced to four years in prison during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 41-year-old Cunningham was picked up May 30th after a tip from a “concerned citizen” regarding suspected drug activity at a residence along East First Street in Mountain Home.

Investigators alleged Cunningham, who was among the residents at the First Street address, had gone to Branson with a female — Haley Sullivan — and transported a quantity of methamphetamine to Mountain Home.

When officers served a search warrant at the East First Street home, they found Cunningham in the living room area of the residence where he was in what was described as a “makeshift” bedroom made of mattresses.

Investigators reported finding drugs and drug paraphernalia at the residence. According to the probable cause affidavit, Cunningham has at least five previous felony convictions, including narcotics violations and thefts.
