Monday is the deadline for property taxes to be paid in Arkansas. Baxter County Collector Teresa Smith says those who miss the due date will incur a fee.

Though taxes are due in 2018, those paying will actually be submitting their property taxes for 2017.

Payments for Baxter County residents can be submitted by mailing them, delivering them in person to the collector’s office or by going online to baxtercounty.org/collector.
Other county collector’s offices can be located by visiting portal.arkansas.gov.
