A fundraiser for the Mountain Home High School wrestling program is set for this weekend. An “Intro to Self-Defense” class is scheduled for Saturday morning from 9:00 to noon at Bomber Gymnasium for girls and women of all ages.
The cost is $20 with all proceeds going to the Bombers. The class will teach fundamental self-defense techniques taught by Impact Martial Arts instructors at a pace suitable for anyone. Participants are asked to wear athletic clothing with non-loose-fitting shirts.
