JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) Police in Jonesboro say possible human remains have been found on the city’s south side.
Police say in a news release that officers were called Wednesday night to an area south of Interstate 555 near a softball complex where the remains were discovered in a wooded area.
Police Cpl. David McDaniel says the remains were in a wooded area and investigators have no other information.
