A Searcy County teen, Dylan Wilson of Marshall, has been arrested and charged with a felony count of commercial burglary.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed last week, the 18-year-old Wilson is alleged to have broken into the humane society thrift shop in Marshall earlier this month.

During an interview with law enforcement, Wilson reportedly admitted to being present when a second individual kicked open the front door of the business, with the two then entering the building.

Wilson allegedly told law enforcement the two left the building, shutting the door behind them. He said he was more of the lookout person and did not see his partner take anything from the business.

The amount of Wilson’s bond is not provided in online court records. Records do indicate a no contact order being filed directing Wilson to have no further contact at the business.
