The Baxter County Quorum Court will consider an ordinance levying millage taxes for the year 2018 to be collected in 2019 to maintain governmental services when it meets Tuesday evening for its regular monthly session at 6:00.The ordinance is one of six items of business on the agenda. Other items include appropriating $15,000 in state grant funding for the Clarkridge Volunteer Fire Department, $10,000 into the assessor’s budget and reappropriating $15,000 within the sheriff’s budget.The meeting will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
