Another round of winter weather is headed to the Twin Lakes Area. A winter weather advisory has been issued for a large chunk of Arkansas including Baxter, Marion, Fulton, Izard and Stone counties from 6:00 Wednesday morning until noon Thursday with up to two inches of snow possible.
