Credit: Terry WyattBob Seger and his Silver Bullet Band kick off their farewell trek, dubbed The Travelin’ Man Tour, tonight with a concert at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The initial leg of the North American outing is plotted out through a December 22 performance in Atlanta, but the trek will relaunch in 2019 on January 5, once again at Grand Rapids’ Van Andel Arena.
The final date of the tour is currently scheduled for May 2 at The Woodlands, Texas, although more shows are expected to be added. So far, The Travelin’ Man Tour features 34 dates.
Grand Funk Railroad, whose drummer, Don Brewer, also has played in the Silver Bullet Band, is opening select dates on the trek.
