A Mountain Home man is accused of causing damage to another person’s vehicle. Forty-seven-year-old Kirk McClain was booked Tuesday evening into the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and first-degree criminal mischief.
According to a spokesperson from the Mountain Home Police Department, McClain was at the victim’s residence and showed anger toward the individual. McClain allegedly got in his vehicle and hit the vehicle belonging to the victim.
McClain is currently free on $10,000 bond.
