A burned out license plate light on a Calico Rock woman’s vehicle resulted in a traffic stop in early October, which then led to drug charges being filed against her.
Thirty-six-year-old Lacy Marie Wallace entered a guilty plea to the charges against her during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.
She will be formally sentenced Jan. 10th.
Wallace was stopped on North Church Street Oct. 2nd, according to the probable cause affidavit in the case. When a Mountain Home police officer made contact with Wallace about the non-working license plate light, he discovered a small plastic bag containing 1.4 grams of a white crystalline substance.
She was charged with possession of methamphetamine and a traffic violation.
