Arvest Bank employee Dawn Cotter has been promoted to assistant vice president in North Central Arkansas. Cotter now serves as branch administrator and is responsible for the supervision and management of the 11 branches in the area.Cotter’s community involvement includes her work as a board member for CareCenter Ministries and the Single Parent Scholarship Fund. She also serves as a member of the Mountain Home Lions Club.
