MH represented among top ASU nursing, health professions students

The top graduating students from Arkansas State University’s 2019 College of Nursing and Health Professions includes one from Mountain Home and a second completing a program on the local campus.The College of Nursing and Health Professions at ASU recognized its most outstanding graduating students during its annual Convocation of Scholars honors program.

Outstanding students were selected by faculty in the individual degree programs to receive the awards for achievement, leadership and service to their respective departments and degree programs, both in the classroom and in the clinical experience.

Among those recognized from the School of Nursing was Robert Lee of Mountain Home. Lee completed the traditional registered nursing program.

In the Health Professions’ Department of Physical Therapy, Miranda Clayton of Jonesboro, a student on the ASU-Mountain Home campus, was recognized. Clayton is a graduate of the physical therapist assistant program.
