Van Morrison lines up new Las Vegas residency in early 2020

Courtesy of Live Nation Las Vegas For the past three years, Van Morrison has visited Las Vegas to play multiple-night engagements at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and he’ll continue the tradition in 2020. Morrison’s latest residency is a five-show stand that will take place January 31, and February 1, 5, 7 and 8.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 26, at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster.com or at the Colosseum box office. American Express card members can buy tickets starting Tuesday, July 23, at 10 a.m. PT.

In addition, Members, of Caesars Entertainment’s loyalty program, Caesars Rewards, as well as Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers, will be able purchase pre-sale tickets beginning Wednesday, July 24 at 10 a.m. PT.

Van the Man also has five previously announced U.S. concerts taking place in early October, kicking off October 2 in Reno, Nevada, and then moving on to four venues in California. In addition, Morrison has a number of U.K. dates scheduled between early August and early January.

Morrison released his latest studio album, The Prophet Speaks, in December 2018. The 14-track collection features six original Morrison songs, and eight covers by various artists who have influenced and inspired Van during his career. In addition, Morrison released an expanded reissue of his 1997 studio effort The Healing Game this past March.
