A Missouri man, 23-year-old Samuel Kirkland of Caulfield, was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash 8 miles west of Salem on U.S. Highway 62/412 in Fulton County.The preliminary crash report from the Arkansas State Police indicates the front portion of Kirkland’s vehicle struck the rear of a Mack 700 truck. The vehicles were traveling east.
Weather conditions were clear, and the road was dry at the time of the 9:50 a.m. accident.
